Patient and Visitor Information Desk
The patient and visitor information desk is located just inside the main entrance and is open 24 hours a day.
Portering
- The Holland Centre has team of well trained and dedicated support staff who work in close partnership with the medical professionals to transport patients in a safe, friendly, and professional manner. This team of porters/orthopaedic technicians is responsible for the transportation of patients from one unit to another.
- Portering services are available Monday- Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Elevators
Every wing is equipped with elevators, but not all are accessible to those with vision impairment.
Washrooms 
An accessible washroom is located on the first floor just behind the gift shop.
