Wheelchair Service

Volunteers provide assistance with wheelchair transportation to and from appointments. The wheelchair service office is located just inside the main entrance of the hospital. 

You may call extension 2141 to arrange for this service. Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.
