Getting Patient Information

Concern about a family member is natural. We support families and want their help in developing a patient’s treatment plan.

  • Conferences can be arranged by nursing staff with family and health care members as necessary.
  • Please have one person act as the primary contact for your family. Appointing a spokesperson has several benefits.  Fewer calls for patient updates reduces the number of phone calls to the unit, making it easier to get through & ensuring consistency of information.
