Changing the health care system

Suggest the single most important change to the health care system that could help the top 1 per cent of users.

The Ontario government has announced the creation of 19 Health Links across the province to improve the co-ordination of care for high-needs patients such as seniors and those with complex conditions. Greater collaboration and coordination between patients health care providers are one key feature, as are the development of personalized care plans.
