Geriatric Outpatient Clinic

The Geriatric Outpatient Clinic is located in H-Wing at Sunnybrook and offers a consultative assessment provided by a geriatrician and is supported by interprofessional team members. This clinic works in collaboration with the patient's primary care physician and/or primary care providers.
