We are committed to supporting our staff to "Grow Your Career at Sunnybrook." Organizational development offers a catalogue of workshops themed into "Pathways to Learning" and partners with Wellspring and Homewood to offer wellness workshops for all staff.

We manage the:

  • Leadership Institute: which includes leadership development opportunities for emergent; experienced; and expert leaders
  • Continuing Education Support Fund and awards: this is corporate funding intended to offset the cost of education for eligible staff. 
  • The corporate Learning Management System (LMS) and eLearning Strategy

One of our new corporate goals is to create a culture of engagement, respect and inclusiveness that attracts and inspires talent to achieve excellence.

We also provide supports and services to teams including: needs assessments, customized interventions such as change management, strategic thinking and goals & objectives setting, communication strategies, conflict resolution, process redesign, role redesign and other needs as identified. Our team provides expert consultation and 1:1 coaching for managers and leaders.

At Sunnybrook, it is important for us to build our working environment through teaching and learning, through creating a culture and work environment whereby everyone can feel included, feel that sense of belonging and work towards fulfilling their potential.
