Referral process

Veteran and caregiver

There are two different processes for admissions to K and L wing. The Veterans Centre provides long term care to Canada’s war veterans and palliative care to veterans and our local community residents. If the client is a Veteran, the initial application is made through Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), by contacting:
