*Tax Receipt Deadline 2014*

The deadline for a 2014 tax receipt is midnight, Wednesday, December 31, 2014. Donations received via mail, phone or online are subject to the same deadline. We can accept walk-in donations until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31 at the location below.

*Your 2014 Tax Receipt*

Tax receipts are issued within 10 business days of gift receipt during all but our busiest months (Nov. to Jan.) During this time, turnaround times may be longer (up to 20 days from date of gift receipt).

If you don’t receive your receipt within this time-frame, please email receipts@sunnybrook.ca with your request, or callour Donor Relations line during business hours at (416) 480-4483 and one of our Associates will be pleased to assist you.

*Consolidated or Annual Receipts*

If you’re a monthly donor or requested a consolidated receipt, annual receipts are mailed mid-February.

Update your Credit Card or Banking Information

To update your credit card or banking information, please call one of our Donor Relations Associates at 416-480-4483.

Request a Tax Receipt

To request a duplicate tax receipt, please email Donor Relations at receipts@sunnybrook.ca.
Sunnybrook mails annual receipts to monthly donors in mid February for the previous calendar year.

Update Name and/or Address Information

Keeping your information accurate and up-to-date are ways to maximize your donations and helps ensure you receive your tax receipt and timely information about the projects and programs you support.

It is important to note that your information is entered on a secure page and may take up to 5 business days to process. If the change you are making is not yet in effect, please provide us with the appropriate effective date.
