Lymph Nodes

Introduction

Lymph nodes or lymph glands are a part of the body's infection-fighting system.  They are found throughout the body mainly in the neck, armpits, and groin.  A clear fluid called lymph flows through the nodes.  Sometimes cancer cells leave a tumour and may spread to other parts of the body through the lymph system.
