Hybridoma

The hybridoma core facility at Sunnybrook Research Institute provides the technical expertise in high throughput monoclonal production to specific antigens by the multiple-antigen injection approach.

We offer the following services to internal and external users:

• mice immunization
• collecting and testing of immune sera
• fusions
• screening of hybridomas for single antigens by ELISA
• subcloning of selected cell lines
• isotyping
• long-term storage of hybridomas
