An interactive group class led by a registered dietitian, for individuals to learn more about lifestyle and dietary changes in managing cholesterol, blood pressure, and heart health. In this virtual class, we will explore how nutrients, dietary patterns, and lifestyle modifications affect lipids and heart health.
