This workshop comprises two 60-minute interactive sessions with healthcare innovation experts who will share insights and lessons learned on the process of value exploration in the healthcare field.
In the first session, Drs. Ali Tavallaei and Abubaker Khalifa will discuss the process of clinical needs finding and value exploration in the healthcare field. Key learning objectives of this session include: understanding the types of problems that are likely to result in significant opportunities, learning how to perform effective research, observations and interviews, and appreciate the importance of value exploration in complex healthcare environments.
In the second session, Dr. Joseph Ferenbok will discuss how to establish a systematic and data-driven approach to identifying and analyzing clinical needs and healthcare challenges. Dr. Ferenbok will present gap analysis tools that could be utilized to clearly identify disparities in multiple care settings in order to focus innovation efforts and resources to improve care delivery.
