Are you looking to learn about managing type 2 diabetes?

Join us for a 2 part program to learn more about healthy eating, exercise and medication for diabetes as you age.

Part 2 of this program takes place on June 23, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

This program is open for anyone over 70 years old with type 2 diabetes.
