Did you know that
- When traveling on an airplane, the limit of two carry-on bags does not apply to medical supplies, equipment and mobility aids
- If you leave the country for an extended period of time, you may lose OHIP coverage
- Older travelers are generally at less risk of altitude sickness than younger travelers
- By making a habit of visiting a grocery store while traveling, you are more likely to be able to stick to your dietary plan while traveling and learn about different cultural practices.
This course is open Sunnybrook Academic Family Health Team (SAFHT) patients as well as people in the community.
