Are you at risk for developing Type 2 diabetes? Have you been diagnosed with prediabetes? Join us for a 2 part program to learn more about healthy eating and lifestyle adjustment to help reduce your risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Who can attend: Anyone who has prediabetes or is at risk for developing diabetes.
