Join us for a session about the ABCs of healthy eating and movement for infants! This class is offered by an Occupational Therapist and Registered Dietitian. Upcoming classes will be offered virtually on the Zoom platform. Topics include:
- Introduction of solid foods
- Healthy growth for babies
- Motor skill development
