The inpatient and outpatient teams represent a full range of rehabilitation professionals and medical specialists who work with patients and their families to expedite their recovery and return to the workforce or the community. Support groups at the hospital respond to patients' psychological and social needs to encourage developing coping and self-management strategies.

Bi-weekly burn clinics at St. John's Rehab include specialists from the Ross Tilley Burn Centre and the Hamilton Health Sciences Centre.

Patients can also access fee-for-service care such as massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic and chiropody services to complement their rehabilitation.
