COVID-19 (coronavirus): Information & frequently asked questions

Here you will find information about our visitor policy, information for patients and their loved ones, and details about the COVID-19 virus, including symptoms and screening.

Visitors & caregivers

We know how important visitors are to our patients; however, it is vital to keep patient, staff and visitor safety our number one priority.

In most cases, in-patients who will be staying in hospital for longer than three days may designate one essential care partner to visit them in hospital for a maximum of two hours each day.

At this time, family members or companions may not accompany outpatients to their appointments or procedures, except in special circumstances.

Donate masks & other PPE

To help our front-line health-care workers combat COVID-19, we need equipment to keep us and our patients safe. Please consider donating medical masks, gloves and other personal protective equipment to those who need it most.
