Visitor policy during the COVID-19 pandemic

Our Reactivation Care Centre visitation guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic are as follows:

  • One visitor per week per patient
  • 3 visits per week
  • 2 hours per visit​
  • Visiting hours from 8:00 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Please call to schedule your visit at least 24 hours in advance (or Friday for Monday) with our PAA's. For North patients, please contact Asha Rajasooriar at 416-243-4201 or For South patients, please contact Javed Suchit at 416-243-4218 or
  • Visitors must pass security screening and wear a mask for the entire visit.
  • When you arrive, come into the unit and go directly to the room. If you wish to speak with staff, please use the call bell in the patient’s room.
  • You must remain on the unit and in the patient’s room for the visit.
  • Food and belongings are permitted

Please note: As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, so will our visitor policy. This may include scaling back our current policy at any time, in the interest of keeping our patients, visitors and staff safe.
