Who we are

In the Neonatal Follow-Up Clinic, we provide assessment of your baby’s physical, motor and cognitive development, with referral to community services and specialized professional consultation.

We will schedule visits for infants who were born at less than 30 weeks gestation. We’ll also schedule visits with those infants who were very ill during their stay in the NICU.
