PREOP: Patients have registered and are being prepared for surgery.
RADIOLOGY: Patients are undergoing a radiology procedure.
SURGERY: Patients are undergoing a surgical procedure.
RECOVERY: Patients will recover here immediately following their surgical procedure, they will then be transferred to one of AMBPOSTOP/SSU or admitted to an ICU or ward.
AMBPOSTOP: Recovery area for patients who will be discharged home the same day.
SSU (Short Stay Unit): Recovery area for patients requiring overnight monitoring.
ICU-WARD: Patients have been admitted to an ICU or inpatient ward.
HOME: Patients have been discharged home.
