*How to receive your 2015 tax receipt*

Tax receipts are issued within 10 days of gift receipt during all but our busiest months (November to January). During this time, we may lag behind in our processing due to exceptionally high gift volumes. This may result in a turnaround time of 10-20 days from date of gift receipt.

If you don't receive your receipt within this time-frame, please email us at receipts@sunnybrook.ca with your request or call our Donor Relations Line during office hours at (416) 480-4483 and one of our associates will be pleased to help you.

*Consolidated Receipts*

If you are a monthly donor or have requested a consolidated receipt for the year, annual receipts will be mailed out by mid-February.

Update your Credit Card or Banking Information

To update your credit card or banking information, please call one of our Donor Relations Associates at 416-480-4483.

Request a Tax Receipt

To request a duplicate tax receipt, please email Donor Relations at receipts@sunnybrook.ca.
Sunnybrook mails annual receipts to monthly donors in mid February for the previous calendar year.

Update Name and/or Address Information

Keeping your information accurate and up-to-date are ways to maximize your donations and helps ensure you receive your tax receipt and timely information about the projects and programs you support.

It is important to note that your information is entered on a secure page and may take up to 5 business days to process. If the change you are making is not yet in effect, please provide us with the appropriate effective date.
