Lunie Debulgado, Sunnybrook environmental services partner, threw the ceremonial first pitch at the Toronto Blue Jays home game on Wednesday, September 15. He has applied his expertise and exceptional skills to many inpatient care areas, including the COVID-19 intensive care unit. No matter the challenges, Lunie has always been dedicated to ensuring safety for patients, caregivers and staff when they need it most.

Lunie and his environmental services colleagues are key players in Sunnybrook’s overall infection prevention and control strategy. Their skills and knowledge help ensure safe environments and comfortable settings in which staff can work and patients can feel secure during the course of their care.
