Call for Education Research Abstracts

Call to health-care staff and physicians involved education research and scholarship initiatives:

We would like to invite you to submit an online abstract to showcase your work at the 2nd Annual Sunnybrook Education Conference: Digital Learning on Thursday, October 10, 2013 from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at the Sunnybrook (Registration details for the conference to follow).

Abstracts related to all aspects of health-care professions education research and scholarships, including patient and family education, trainees' education, staff professional development, international education, faculty development, learning technology, simulation or other health-care education activities are invited for submission.

Abstract submission deadline is Sunday, June 23, 2013

Results will be communicated by Sunday, July 14, 2013

You will be asked to provide the following information, so please ensure you have it ready before proceeding to the abstract submission page: 

1.    Name of Primary Contact 

2.    Your preference for research presentation (20 min), short communication (10 min), or poster presentation.

3.    Presenter(s) Information 

4.    Abstract title

5.    Summary of the Research or Project/Initiative (maximum 300 words)
Research: Submission Headings (Introduction, Purpose, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions)
Project/Initiative: Submission Headings (Background, Process, Benefits/Challenges, Impact on Practice/Patient Care/Quality of Care

6.    Program(s) where Research/Project/Initiative took place
