Sunnybrook Veterans participate in unique art project
Sunnybrook Veterans have participated in a unique art project as a part of the online auction for the True Patriot Love (TPL) Foundation’s 12th Annual Tribute Gala.
Each year, this gala "pays tribute to the military and Veteran community and honours the sacrifices they have made for our nation."
Sunnybrook Veterans, working alongside our Art Therapists, created five unique helmets to take part in the TPL auction this year.
Over the past few years, some of our Sunnybrook Veterans have attended the TPL Gala. Since attendance is not possible this year due to COVID-19, they were delighted to participate in a different way, through artistic expression to support TPL in all their endeavours.
