Suzie and John Stohn’s love story started just after Christmas, after a chance meeting at a ski resort.

This year, they celebrated 74 years of marriage. They now have two children, two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Suzie, 96, and John, 98, moved into Sunnybrook’s Veterans Centre in early 2020. During WWII, John served as a Lieutenant in the Artillery, and Suzie served as a Wren Coder.

As they prepare to celebrate their first Christmas at Sunnybrook, they share their thoughts on love and living well. Watch the video above to see what they had to say.
