Holland Centre access during the Pride Toronto Festival: June 22 - 24

June 15, 2018

Sunnybrook wishes you a Happy Pride!

The area surrounding the Holland Centre will be the site of the Pride Toronto Festival during the weekend of June 22 - 24.

On Friday, June 22 between 10 am and 6 pm, Wellesley Street (between Yonge Street and Church Street) will be closed but open only to local traffic. Staff, patients and visitors will only be able to access the Holland Centre via Yonge Street.

Wellesley St. East will be closed to all traffic at 6 p.m. on Friday, June 22, and will re-open at 6 a.m. Monday, June 25.

Large crowds are expected. Car traffic in surrounding areas will be congested due to related road closures.

The municipal (“Green P”) parking lot on Wellesley (south side, across from the Wellesley Subway Station) will close Thursday, June 21 at 12 midnight.

No parking will be available there until after 6 a.m. on Monday, June 25.

The underground parking lot just south of Wellesley St. E., via Church Street, will close at 6 p.m. on Friday, June 22. All cars must exit this lot by 6 p.m.

Visitors to the Holland Centre on Friday, Saturday or Sunday should consider using public transit. All visitors will need to sign in at the Security Desk before they are able to access the building.

Thank you.
