  • Development of registries for tracking outcomes post-infarct in hospitals (in cooperation with the Cardiac Care Network)
  • Prospective studies of the relationship between socioeconomic status and cardiovascular diseases; design of new approaches to assessing the utility of diagnostic tests (in cooperation with the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences)
  • Studies examining how to improve the transition of care and outcomes of patients with cardiovascular disease, toward closing the gap in the quality of care received by these patients during transitions; and how to improve the quality of care and outcomes of people with atrial fibrillation (Ko)
