Research Focus:

  • Maternal endothelial function in normal pregnancy and in preeclampsia
  • Pro and anti-angiogenic signalling during normal placentation and in preeclamptic/intrauterine growth restriction regnancies
  • TGFß/ SMAD signalling in placentae from normal and preeclamptic pregnancies
  • Detection of fetal anomalies by early transvaginal anatomy scan
