Dr. Bradley MacIntosh

Dr. Bradley MacIntosh

MacIntosh is a senior scientist in Physical Sciences at SRI. He uses noninvasive techniques that image the flow of blood through veins and vessels to analyze brain function and physiology. In July 2019, he was awarded a Project Grant worth $665,550 over five years from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research. The grant will be put toward developing new methods of visualizing and understanding cerebral small vessel disease, which is a major cause of stroke and dementia. The goal is to guide treatment of the disease.
