Sleep disruption, sleep deprivation and sleep disorders are common, yet we are only beginning to understand their impact on our health and well-being.

YOU can play a key role in building this knowledge and learn something about your own sleep by participating in the Ontario Sleep Health Study.

NO VISIT TO A SLEEP LAB IS REQUIRED
The entire study will take place in your own home. We will mail all necessary equipment to you.

Step 1
Wear a wristwatch that measures your sleep for 10 days.

Step 2
Wear a simple portable device to measure your breathing in sleep for one night.

Step 3
Fill out a simple online questionnaire.
