If your answer is yes, please join us for our upcoming Aging Well Series, focusing on Navigating Healthcare in Ontario. In this session, we will focus on understanding the Ontario healthcare system and structures, reflecting on your healthcare needs, learning more about available community resources, and gaining confidence in navigating your healthcare needs to become your own healthcare advocate.
