Craving Change Booster Session
When: Wednesday, August 7, 2024 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Did you attend Craving Change? Would you like to reconnect with other craving change group members?
The Craving Change Booster session will provide:
- refresher of craving change self-awareness and behavior change strategies
- opportunity to share and discuss experiences with craving change skills
- ways to move forward from slip ups and to celebrate successes
- tips for continuing progress with behavior change.
Date: Wednesdays August 7, 2024
Time: 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Location: Room A1-21. This is an in person workshop - masking may be required if policy changes at time of workshop
Who Can Attend: SAFHT patients as well as people in the community
