Mediterranean Style of Eating – S3: Seafood and Legumes
The Mediterranean Style Eating (previously titled Eating the Mediterranean Way) program is offered 4 times per year and each session reviews the benefits of eating Mediterranean style with a focus on two food groups specific to Mediterranean diets.
Session 1: Vegetables and Whole Grains
Session 2: Yogurt, Cheeses and Fruit
Session 3: Seafood and Legumes
Session 4: Nuts, Seeds and Healthy Fats
