Heart Health Post-Pregnancy
Experiencing a hypertensive disorder of pregnancy (HDP) can be an early indicator for future heart disease. But this risk can be significantly reduced through healthy habit and management. Join us to learn what your pregnancy history can mean for you and what you can do to support a healthy heart after pregnancy. Areas of focus will include diet, physical activity, blood pressure, and mental health.
Who can attend: Patients who are pregnant or postpartum and have or have had a hypertensive disorder of pregnancy (high blood pressure before/during pregnancy, preeclampsia, eclampsia, and/or HELLP syndrome) and want to learn more about heart health post-pregnancy.
