Cost: $1,000.00 (or $500.00 for trainees (residents or fellows) +13% HST. This includes the two-day in person program with breakfast, lunch, and coffee provided both days and a wine and cheese networking event at end of day on Thursday, September 11th. Registration is limited to physicians and a maximum of 50 participants.
