Join us for a 2 part program to learn more about healthy eating, exercise and medication for diabetes as you age.
Date: Wednesday December 3 and Wednesday December 10 , 2025 (2 weeks)
Time: 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (each session)

Who Can Attend: This program is open for anyone over 70 years old with type 2 diabetes
