About dementias and neurodegenerative disorders

We offer expertise in Alzheimer's disease and other dementias as well as the neurodegenerative disorders Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

Our innovation-driven research is focused on preventing the onset of these illnesses, as well as stopping the progression of dementias.

What we're working on:

• Improving the lives of our patients and their families
• Studying how stroke and dementias interact
• Helping people to live with the effects of dementia and to maintain personhood throughout the course of the disease, partiularly in light of the challenging behavioural symptoms they face.
