The Sunnybrook Academic Family Health Team welcomes the opportunity to share the experiences of our patients, families and caregivers. Feedback is very important in enhancing the overall quality of care at Sunnybrook. Compliments, concerns and suggestions are encouraged to help us understand your experience. We are committed to responding to complaints about our services in a timely and respectful way. Should you have a complaint or concern, please talk with staff directly. If they are unable to address your concern, they will provide the information to our Executive Director who will follow up with you.
The Sunnybrook Office of the Patient Experience is also available to you to share your experience at Sunnybrook. They are located in Room C161, 416-480-4940.
