One-on-one support

  • FORCE: The FORCE Help Line provides a peer support for people concerned about hereditary cancer. FORCE provides access to genetic counsellors to answer your questions about genetics.
  • Be Bright Pink: PinkPal® matches women with a strong family history of breast/ovarian cancer or genetic predisposition for these cancers, with other women who have gone through similar experiences.

Online communities

  • FORCE: The FORCE Chat Room is a space to share experiences and support, ask questions and connect with other people facing a high risk of breast and ovarian cancers.
  • Be Bright Pink: Be Bright Pink shares stories of strength and courage, obstacles and triumph, optimism and hope among young women with similar experiences related to cancer diagnosis or hereditary breast and ovarian cancer risk.
  • Breastcancer.org: Breastcancer.org have a publically accessible online community to discuss risks, newly diagnosed cancers, treatment and beyond, sharing support and experiences.
