Holland Centre Care Model

The Holland Centre's Care Model now includes two new components in the care process: Central Intake and an Assessment Centre as well as redesigned postoperative follow-up. We have experienced dramatic improvements with respect to surgical wait times, patient access to quality care and satisfaction.

In 2007, the Holland Centre was the recipient of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Award for Improving Efficiency Through Process Redesign.
