Clinical research in the Youth Division

• Dr. David Kreindler is researching how the brain gives rise to mood and how mood changes over time, trying to answer the question, 'where does mood come from?' He also works with a multi-disciplinary team developing software for use by children, teens, and adults in clinical psychiatry, leading Sunnybrook's Centre for Mobile Computing in Mental Health.

• Dr. Amy Cheung is currently conducting a research study to evaluate the best way to help family doctors and pediatricians with the management of adolescent depression in their practices.
