Rheumatology

Working with joints and soft tissues, we provide diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care to patients throughout the province. We care for patients with Rheumatologic diseases including arthritis, osteoporosis and tendonitis, joint disorders and certain autoimmune diseases such as lupus and scleroderma.

Making an appointment

All patients are seen by referral only. If you would like to arrange an appointment, please contact your health care provider.

Referring a patient

Upon receipt of a referral, our on-call Rheumatologist will triage the request and an appointment date will be booked accordingly. If not otherwise specified, patients will be given an appointment with the first available physician.

Referrals with a specified physician's name will be placed in the clinics as requested.

Fax all referrals to 416-480-4233

Consult notes with any supportive information will be forwarded to the referring physician's office upon completion of each patient's visit.
