Hand injury exercise videos

These hand and wrist exercises are designed to help recover mobility and function after an injury. They should be performed as recommended by an occupational therapist, physical therapist or hand surgeon. These videos can assist and guide you through the exercises.

Please consult your therapist or hand surgeon before performing any of these exercises or if you have any questions about the exercises. Your therapist or surgeon should specify which exercises to do, how many and how often.
