Living Well With Lymphoma was a morning of learning for lymphoma patients and their families. This event was made possible because of the Winberg Family and is part of the Winberg Education Series. The event was a partnership with the Odette Cancer Centre / Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and Lymphoma Canada.

» Recent advances in the management of lymphoma

Dr. Neil Berinstein discussed advancements in treatment and care related to lymphoma.

» Cancer-related brain fog

Angela Boudreau, Advance Practice Nurse, discussed what lymphoma patients can expect from the chemotherapy nursing team and tips to better manage chemo-related brain fog.

» Mindfulness

Moustafa Abdelrahman, discussed how practicing mindfulness can be an effective strategy for patients to help reduce anxiety this was followed by a brief mindfulness mediation that you can participate in.

» Coping with cancer

Dr. Pavla Reznicek, Psychologist, discussed tips and strategies to cope with some of the stresses of cancer.
