If you were tested for COVID-19 at Sunnybrook's Assessment Centre, you will be contacted by either your local public health unit or by a Sunnybrook staff member regarding your test results.
Accessing your results online
MyChart
We also offer online access to test results through MyChart, Sunnybrook's digital health records system. In some cases, MyChart may provide you with faster access to your results. If you provided your email address to us, you will be receiving registration information from MyChart.
If you did provide your email address at the Assessment Centre and would like to register for MyChart, you can do so online.
Ontario Ministry of Health
If you have a valid (green) Ontario health card, you may be able to access your test results using the Ontario Ministry of Health's online tool.
Accessing your results by telephone
Toronto residents who have issues accessing their results online, or who do not have internet access, may contact Toronto Public Health at 416-338-7600.
