Organizational Development & Leadership (OD&L), Human Resources, is defined as a system wide process aimed at enhancing congruence among organizational structure, process, strategy, technology, people and culture. We serve approximately 10,000 Sunnybrook staff at all stages in their career and leadership journey by developing new and creative organizational solutions to support the organization’s self renewing capacity.

Organizational Development & Leadership, through the new Sunnybrook Leadership Institute, provides programs, workshops and courses for all staff, emerging leaders and physicians.
