Inpatient referrals (Urgent)

All consultations or transfers are coordinated through CritiCall Ontario at 1-800-668-4357.

Outpatient Referrals (Burn Clinic)

All new patients may be referred by physicians only. Patients may have their doctor refer them to the clinic by sending a completed Referral Form to burnclinic@sunnybrook.ca or faxing to 416-480-6844.

Patients will get confirmation of an appointment within two business days. Please call our main phone number, 416-480-6814, if you do not receive confirmation within that timeframe.

The Burn Clinic is open Monday to Friday, closed on weekends and holidays.
