Arrhythmia Device Clinic

Overview

We provide individualized treatment and follow-up care to help meet the needs of each patient. Remote monitoring for some devices mean increased convenience for patients, especially for those living in remote communities. This ongoing diagnostic monitoring can reduce in-person visits, lead to earlier interventions, and can mean fewer visits to the emergency department.

What we treat

The Arrhythmia Device Clinic treats patients with arrhythmia who need cardiac implantable electronic devices, such as pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICD), as well as patients with heart failure requiring biventricular devices to improve left ventricular function.
