Vascular Doppler Lab

Overview

The Vascular Doppler Lab provides objective diagnostic information evaluating the presence, location and physiological extent of peripheral arterial, venous and cerebrovascular disease. Our studies combine the use of ultrasound to visualize the vessels of interest, and doppler to assess blood flow. All tests are non-invasive and risk-free and take anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes.

The Vascular Doppler Lab is accredited by the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) for Vascular Testing.

What we do

We provide diagnostic testing for patients with:

  • Arterial disease, such as claudication, rest pain, tissue necrosis, diabetic neuropathy or ulcers, thoracic outlet, Raynaud’s, and aneurysmal disease
  • Venous disease, such as varicose veins, deep venous thrombosis, phlebitis, venous stasis and ulceration
  • Cerebrovascular disease, such as stroke, TIA, amaurosis fugax, syncope, dizziness/vertigo.
